Return of equipment for service/repair:

Please discuss any technical issues with our Equipment Service Team prior to sending any devices back for service/repair as we maybe able to diagnose and resolve them over the phone. When sending equipment back to Briggate Medical for service/repair, we request you complete our Service/Repair Request Form and return it along with the item to be addressed:

Podiatry Drill repair and servicing:

If looked after and cared for correctly, our range of Podiatry Drills should provide you with years of quality performance and service. Our long standing relationships with our drill manufacturers allow us to ensure all of our drills are manufactured to Australian conditions and spare parts are readily available. We recommend our range of drills be returned to Briggate Medical for routine maintenance and servicing by our experienced Equipment Service Technicians. For service intervals, refer to the manual supplied with your device or refer to the “Product Resources” tab for the drill in question.
