Not all instruments are created equal…
Podiatry drills require tools with a shaft thickness of approx. 2.35mm. It is also important 
that the tool shafts are as straight as possible. Over time, tool thickness and straightness 
can be effected, and thus the chances of damaging the clutch mechanism of you drill are 
increased. Regular testing of your tools to meet these requirements can be achieved with the 
use of the Acurata Concentricity Tester.

UPON MANUFACTURE, ALL ACURATA TOOLS ARE TESTED TO MEET THE SHAFT THICKNESS STANDARD.
